Telehealth

Wellness from your sofa.

Your journey shouldn't depend on traffic on the Palmetto. With telehealth, you meet your clinician by secure video from home, work, or anywhere private — same caring team, same quality, zero commute. If you can make a video call to your family, you can do telehealth.

How it works:

  1. Request an appointment and choose “Telehealth.”
  2. We confirm a time and send a simple link to your phone or email.
  3. At your appointment time, tap the link — that's it. No apps to figure out, no downloads to fight with.

Good to know:

Telehealth works beautifully for individual therapy, follow-ups, and many family sessions. Some visits are better in person — your clinician will always guide you to the best fit. Most insurance plans cover telehealth just like an office visit.

Your living room is now a wellness center.

If you are in crisis or need support right now, call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline — available in English and Spanish, 24/7) or call 911. You are never alone.
