Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.

The practice operates in two different Florida counties — the Hialeah office is in Miami-Dade County and the Plantation office is in Broward County — so venue does not follow automatically from "Florida" and must be chosen.
